Shipping Policy

• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Domestic Shipping: Flat-rate PKR 1000 across Pakistan. Free shipping on orders above PKR 10,000

• Carriers: We ship via DHL Express and Pakistan Post.

• Tracking: Customers receive an email with tracking details once the order is dispatched.

• Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
